Guarantee and Warranty Policy

ManningRF's guarantee is simple. We will deliver to you exactly what you order, and you will receive it on time. If you are unsatisfied for any reason you may return any product to us within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked. After the initial 14 day period, you may return any product that fails because of a manufacturing defect for one year. ManningRF will repair or replace the defective item at its discretion.

In short, if you buy it and don't like it, you can send it back. And if you buy it and it quits working inside a year, we'll fix or replace it.

The Small Print

To receive a full refund on our 14 day guarantee, you must contact us by email within 14 days of your receipt of the item. The email must explicitly mention that you are returning the item, and you must ship the item to ManningRF within 48 hours of sending the email. This policy protects you from mistakes and delays that may be made by shipping companies, and provides documentation should there be a dispute.

ManningRF is happy to replace or repair equipment that has failed due to a manufacturing defect. However our warranty does not cover units that are damaged or destroyed due to misuse, abuse, or acts of God. If you power up the unit without first connecting the antenna, you aren't covered under warranty. If you let the reader get rained on, you aren't covered under warranty. If your facility is struck by lightning and it fries every electronic component you have, you aren't covered under warranty. Likewise, if you drop, stomp on, or run over the unit with a forklift, you aren't covered.

But if the unit 'just quit' 6 hours before your warranty runs out, send an email to 'support@manningrf.com' ASAP, and we'll either fix it or send you a new one, and we'll do it quickly and courteously.
